OAGroup engages with pastors through three tiers: relational (one-on-one), pastor gatherings (groups), and intensive cohorts of 10-15 pastors through our LINC program. Here's a quick glimpse at that intensive engagement level.

LINC (Leaders in Nashville Connecting) exists to bring pastors together to build community, engage in hard topics, and learn from our neighbors in order to mobilize congregations for deeper impact within the city of Nashville.
