Holistic discipleship through intergenerational Christian mentoring.

Program Design

Through a prayerful pairing method, one mentor is partnered with two mentees who commit to meeting monthly for one year. These mentorship groups are resourced with monthly discussion starters that include "dive deeper" materials and additional learning opportunities through occasional workshop offerings.

Oak Project provides engagement for your congregation across

denominational lines in a way that will inspire growth…

personally, professionally, and spiritually.

Who is a Mentor?
Do you have seasoned professionals in your congregation longing for a place to pour their experience and God-Given wisdom into our community in an impactful way, but don't know where to start?
Who is a Mentee?
Do you have young professionals navigating a new work world, new responsibilities, and possibly even a new city that desire someone to walk alongside them?
Stronger Together
We consistently hear from our mentors and mentees that walking together through a year of intentional relationship, the Oak Project Mentorship Program inspires growth as followers of Jesus, leaders, employees, friends, spouses, church members, parents, and neighbors – in both our mentees and our mentors.
These relationships often extend and grow beyond the one-year commitment and create bonds of life-long relationship rooted in Christ's love.
