Our community needs your church

Our churches needĀ each other

You and your church are invited to take 3-5 minutes during Sunday, June 29th's service to read John 17:20-23 and pray for Middle TN

31%

of Christians trust another church’s leader. According to the State of Nashville, trust between churches and church leaders is low.

What if we helped begin to build trust by praying for each other?

What if churches all over the Greater Nashville area took ONE SUNDAY to pause and pray for one another?

We believe that we can express our unity in Christ by taking the time - even when we are all gathered in our weekly worship services:

  • to read the same Scripture in John 17:20-23
  • to take a few minutes to pray for each other
  • to take a few minutes to pray for the churches of our community - from all over Middle Tennessee - East Nashville to Spring Hill, Mt Juliet to Antioch, North Nashville to Wedgewood Houston and more

UNITY IN CHRIST

In June of the year 2000, hundreds of churches came together as one in an effort to unite the city and the Christian community and to be a witness to our neighbors. 25 years later, we believe that we can continue that work, helping to change the culture of trust, care, and unity among our Christian community with just ONE SUNDAY.

There are few opportunities to demonstrate our ONEness in a culture divided by secondary issues, and while those things uniquely express our identity, what if we took time to elevate the primary: our unity in Christ.

On June 29th, we are going to demonstrate our unity in Christ through reading John 17:20-23 and praying for one another!
