25 Days of Prayer || Day 15

“Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice!  Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.”  2 Corinthians 3:11 

“Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent tor praiseworthy – think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received, or heard from me, or seen in me- put it into practice.  And the God of peace will be with you.”  Philippians 4:8-9 

Gracious God,

We give thanks for our school administrators whom You have called to lead our schools. We acknowledge that the role of administrator comes with many challenges and is not for the faint of heart. We pray blessings on each leader. We ask that You give these men and women strength to lead with integrity, wisdom, compassion, courage, and encouragement. We know the administrator’s day starts early as they juggle multiple school priorities, and they are the last to leave the campus in the evening. We pray that you give them strength and energy to handle the responsibility with grace, joy, and dignity.  

We pray that the administration will provide a clear and thoughtful vision to enable students, teachers, and staff to be on the same page. May each school’s environment be an encouraging hub of learning where kindness is the expectation, words are spoken that build others up, all employees and students are respected and valued, and where peace abounds.   

Thank you, God, for your calling of these leaders. We trust you for a great year!
