Antioch First Baptist Church Spreads Warmth to Students at J.E. Moss Elementary
With the holiday season wrapping up, winter is fully underway! We are all experiencing the snow in Nashville, and as you can imagine, so many children are excited to play outside in a winter wonderland. However, with all the joy that snow brings for so many, the cold also brings hardship for many families.
With the cold weather moving in, many of our United4Hope church partners are working with MNPS schools to provide warm clothing, food, and other supplies for families. Earlier this week, Pastor Matt Gray from Antioch First Baptist Church dropped off donations for J.E. Moss Elementary’s winter clothing drive just in time for the incoming winter weather. This is just one of the many ways Antioch First Baptist has been intentional with listening to the needs of J.E. Moss and utilizing their congregation to support the school’s work.
Multiple schools throughout MNPS are collecting winter clothing and food at this time. Check in with your local school or church partner to see how you can participate and help keep our students warm this winter!
