“Partnering Through Proctoring” Test Proctors Needed!
TCAP testing in Metro Nashville Public Schools begins April 20th through May 1st, and we need your volunteer support.
TCAP is The Tennessee Comprehensive Assessment Program. This program is designed to assess true student understanding, not just basic memorization and test-taking skills. It is a way to assess what our students know and what we can do to help them succeed in the future.
A proctor is required by law to help ensure the testing environment is secure and maintain test integrity. Every school in MNPS will need volunteer test proctors, and you can help!
Exam proctors do far more than simply watch over a test room. They help create an environment where every student has an equal chance of success.
If you are a United4Hope volunteer with a current background check, please reach out to your school liaison to learn how you can help your partner school. If you are not a current volunteer through United4Hope and would like to serve as a proctor, please reach out to Sandra Putnam-Broadway at sandra.putnambroadway@operationandrew.org.
