Father, I thank you today for the Principals, Assistant Principals and all others serving in roles of administration in our schools. You tell us in Your word to ask for wisdom, so I ask today for the wisdom needed for all of those in leadership. Please give them the wisdom to call on You for power and strength each day.  

Lord, please help these key leaders to encourage and empower the teachers in their schools; for it can make all the difference in the teacher’s confidence and ability to thrive in their roles. Help them to build healthy relationships in support of their staff, encouraging growth and retention of excellent teachers. In Jesus’ name, amen.
