As the school year has come to an end, we did not want to move on without mentioning the15 young volunteers from Christ Community Church who came together during the 2025/2026 academic year to paint a wall in front of the Freedom Middle School’s Art Room. The intention was to match the freshly painted wall color with the rest of the school’s color scheme. This resulted in 45 hours of volunteer work that supported the learning environments of over 500 students.   

Christ Community’s youth group has started an annual tradition of giving back to Freedom Middle School, and we are so thankful. We can’t wait to see what beautification project they will support this upcoming year. No matter how little or how big, we all have some talent or capacity to give back to our community.
