Partnership Spotlight: Robert Churchwell Museum Magnet Elementary School and Jefferson Street Missionary Baptist Church

Did you know that it is not uncommon for school teachers and administrators to work between 45-75 hours each week?

They are some of the hardest working people around, so when faculty and staff appreciation week rolls around, our churches want to celebrate them BIG!

That’s exactly what Jefferson Street Missionary Baptist Church did during faculty and staff appreciation week at the end of May! Robert Churchwell Elementary chose different colors for every day of that week, and Jefferson Street choose the “blue’ themed day because their church color is blue as well.

Check out the blue themed snacks and treats they provided staff in the picture below. The blue shirts are a nice touch as well! We love the sign that says, “Jefferson Street Loves Churchwell.” What a great way to help all staff feel celebrated for their hard work.

Thank you, Jefferson Street Missionary Baptist Church! A very fun day indeed!
