U4H 20 Days of Prayer || Day 9

Lord God,

We are so grateful for your incarnation of Jesus Christ, showing us what true,
collaborative partnership looks like. The Trinity, equal parts yet whole, show us, the
Church and followers of Jesus how to partner well with our world.

21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May
they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 I have
given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23 I
in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the
world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved
me.
John 17:21-23

God, this Great Collaboration commandment drives who we are and what we do, so
that the world may know. And we want to engage in this work together so God we lift up
the teachers who are pouring their heart and expertise into the lives of these students.
God may you bring partnerships that support, care, and love teachers well. May the
partnerships be groups that create impactful, thoughtful relationships that serve
teachers and their needs, while also providing moments of rest, community, and care in
the midst of the work.

God, the school year is long and may the partnerships with community partners,
United4Hope, churches, and parents bring life to the teachers so that they may live out
their calling to serve the students. God we pray for the parents, all parents are partners
in the work of education, and all parents want their kids to thrive and succeed in school.
May you give them endurance, patience, wisdom, and strength, as well as partnerships
to sustain, resource, and support them as they parent.

May our partnerships be tangible, helpful, and impactful, so that the world may know
you.

Amen.
