United4Hope Church Recognized at MNPS Family and Community Partnership Awards Banquet!

The 2026 MNPS Family and Community Partnership Awards Banquet, held on May 5th at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville South Cool Springs, was a meaningful celebration honoring the incredible community partners who work tirelessly to support MNPS students, families, and schools. The event brought together educators, faith leaders, community organizations, and supporters for a morning filled with recognition, encouragement, and fellowship. Guests enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, an uplifting playlist, and the opportunity to connect with colleagues and friends who share a passion for serving students across the district.

One of the highlights of the banquet was the recognition of United4Hope partner Pastor Rick Roberts, who received the prestigious FCP Partner of the Year Award. Alongside St. John’s Lutheran Church, Pastor Rick Roberts has faithfully supported Two Rivers Middle School, Margaret Allen Middle School, McGavock Elementary School, and McGavock High School through countless acts of service and generosity. With a deep passion for addressing food insecurity, Pastor Rick consistently goes above and beyond to ensure students and families have access to meals at home as well as snacks during the school day.

The FCP Awards Banquet not only highlighted outstanding accomplishments across the district but also served as a powerful reminder of the importance of strong community partnerships. Through the dedication of partners like Pastor Rick and St. John’s Lutheran Church, MNPS students and families continue to experience hope, encouragement, and meaningful support both inside and outside the classroom.
