Dear Heavenly Father, we thank you for placing these teachers in the lives of these
students and their families. We come before you asking you to help the teachers to
build healthy relationships with their students in their classrooms. Help them to find
common ground to walk on together, whether that be interests, passions, or love of a
subject area. Help them to have open eyes and hearts to the Divine moments that spark
real connections. We pray for these educators to model respect and compassion in their
interactions with students. Father, we know that being intentional in those areas builds
trust and authentic relationships. 

We also ask that You give them wisdom in their communication with the parents and
other family members of their students. Help them to understand each unique family
unit and link arms with the ones who love these students the most. We pray that You
would create a genuine partnership between the teachers and the families, so that they
may support each other in their efforts to see these students learn and grow this year.  

I Thessalonians 3:12 “and may the Lord cause you to increase and abound in
love for one another, and for all people, just as we also do for you.”
