United4Hope would like to highlight a great partnership between FBC at the Village and DuPont Hadley Middle School. Mindy Feuerborn the Community Achieves Site Manager for DuPont Hadley and Sara Hughes the church coordinator for FBC at the Village have crafted a meaningful partnership which includes engaging in multiple pillars of impact for the students, teachers, and families.

One recent event was the October 4th “Walk to School Day” for Dupont Hadley. Students and families met in the morning at the parking lot of FBC at the Village. There Sara and other FBC volunteers checked the students in and began the journey of walking to school with the students to ensure their safety. What a beautiful visual of a church linking arms and literally walking along-side their community school. Mindy Feuerborn says, “We can always count on Sara and FBC at The Village to support our work.”
